Manon Jansen has been on a remarkable 'TMA journey' for several years. She began her career as an account manager, where she found joy in inspiring and guiding customers. Throughout her journey, Manon has always maintained a strong connection to the psychological aspects of TMA.
Over the years, this role has become increasingly significant. Now, she serves as the manager of TMA Research, where she can combine her talents and psychological expertise. With great passion, she dedicates herself to further anchoring the scientific basis, mapping the effectiveness of the TMA Method, initiating relevant research projects, and expanding the TMA knowledge center for talent management.
"Once, I was solely judged based on targets. At TMA, they said: we don't have targets. As long as your behavior is good, the results will come naturally. I found it hard to believe. But after many years, I can truly say that I work from my talents, and my behavior is rewarded with great results!"
Here are some of her talents:
Empathetic: Manon is always the one who shows genuine interest and quickly understands people. This makes her a great colleague and pleasant to work with.
Autonomous: "A delightful talent when you're tasked with setting up and organizing the Research and Development department. A party!"
Goal-oriented: Manon is always focused on her goals and consistently strives to achieve them.
"My dream is to make TMA Research so significant that the whole world looks to TMA for (the science of) talent management. We're well on our way there!"
