Carlo Wagemakers, who has been with TMA for about 7 years, serves as a Business Consultant. Initially, he handled clients in the southern regions (given his proximity to the Efteling), but he now oversees the Corporate and, more recently, Sports sectors.

"In the Corporate sector, I observe that nearly all companies are grappling with labor shortages. Finding suitable employees remains challenging, so the key question is: How do you retain your employees within your organization? Especially considering that Generation Z has entirely different expectations from the leadership cadre. It's a fascinating challenge for me!"

Carlo's Talents:

  • Notable: If humor were a talent, Carlo would gladly share this talent with his colleagues. He's known as a real jokester in the group, always in high spirits with his jokes and banter.

Carlo has also recently delved into the Sports sector. "I find football incredibly enjoyable; there are so many parallels between Sports and TMA. What constitutes Talent, and how does a team become successful? Engaging with these topics during work only fuels my motivation further."
