Mieke explains: "The TMA Method appealed to us because it connects the motivations, talents, and competencies of employees. It forms the common thread between our HR tools. A first (test) group of experienced managers completed the talent analysis. The results were discussed and served as input for their further training trajectory.
At the same time, we started drafting the competency profile for managers. After a co-creative process, in which the test group also participated, the result was a competency profile with eight competencies, each with five behavioral indicators.
In the meantime, many managers have undergone the talent analysis. We also use it in individual coaching sessions. And if we have doubts in a recruitment process, we also use TMA to support our final decision."
