The Talent Motivation Analysis is a tool that objectively maps out people's personality profiles. It provides a good starting point for coaching trajectories, and the TMA also adds value in recruitment processes. The tool is useful for confirmation upon hiring, and it quickly gets to the heart of the matter.

What happens after the TMA has been created?

After the completion of the Talent Motivation Analysis (TMA), each employee or potential employee undergoes a feedback session facilitated by a coach from Met David. This discussion serves as the starting point for a coaching process. I've noticed that employees truly benefit from this approach. The added value lies in gaining a deeper understanding of employees' motivations, which aids in their development and enables our managers to provide more targeted coaching. Some employees find that the TMA alone is sufficient, allowing them to work with their supervisors on their own, while others may require more intensive coaching sessions.

As an organization, we determine which competencies are required for specific roles. These competencies are assessed for each individual using the TMA to determine the extent to which they are present in the candidate. The coaching process that follows often focuses on the development of these competencies. For example, With David has conducted various coaching programs for Van Doormalen Retail Group to strengthen employees in their current or future roles. We prefer to fill leadership positions through the promotion of existing employees.
