Talent interview: Marianne Zwagerman about the talent Self-reflective

In "A webshop is not a career," she calls on women to escape the 'beanie paradise'. In "Kluitjesvolk," she portrays the Netherlands as a 'rubber tile paradise,' where all risks are excluded.

In her novel "Living like Jarmund," she explores the pros and cons of a grand and sweeping life. Her latest book delves into the downfall of TMG, where she rose to the position of Digital Director and was instrumental in the founding of the broadcasters Powned and WNL. Illness forced her into a career switch to her current role. She changed her appearance, and everything in her personal life changed as well. She completely reinvented herself and was determined to become the best version of herself.

The talent signal in her score on the TMA drive Self-Esteem:

"Driven by avoiding mistakes. External impressions (especially negative ones) have more impact, making her more sensitive to atmosphere and emotionally involved. Less 'cool' after significant events. Tends towards perfectionism in trying to avoid mistakes. Takes mistakes and things that go wrong more personally. May experience fear of failure. Quickly sees the consequences of mistakes, with a strong self-critical attitude. Takes things personally."
