Talent-oriented HR

People function at their best, learn most rapidly, take initiative, and are most engaged when they perform work that aligns with their motivations, talents, cognitive abilities, and competencies. The key lies in integrating talent management into HR processes and decision-making information. TMA adopts a ‘full-service’ approach across all aspects of human resources and organizations, addressing various challenges such as selection, development, mobility, career choice, reintegration, and talent management.

Talent-oriented organising

In a talent-focused organization, HR views individuals as unique entities, each possessing their own blend of talents and capabilities. Rather than evaluating performance solely based on predetermined goals, the emphasis lies on continuous development and growth.

By employing the TMA method, strategic decisions, process design, HR management, and personal talent development can be shaped using the available talent data. Validated profiles allow individuals to maximize their strengths.

Rewards extend beyond mere financial compensation. They encompass recognition, opportunities for professional growth, and the promotion of workplace satisfaction. The goal is to foster a culture of continuous learning and development, where employees feel valued and engaged.

Recruitment

When selecting individuals for a role, training, or position, it is valuable to have reliable insights into their cognitive abilities, skills, motivations, and talents beforehand. Equally important is assessing whether a candidate aligns with the organization’s values and team culture.

Through our online selection assessments, we provide organizations with a tool that allows them to gain self-insight into the talent, employability, and development potential of candidates and applicants. Our dashboards and reports reveal the degree of alignment between candidates and the job role and work environment.

TMA offers objective and validated insights into candidates and applicants through tools such as Talent Analysis, Cognitive Capacity Analysis, and interview questions.

Values and rewards

In the dynamic interplay between organization and individuals, and between humans and work, three aspects come into play: what someone “may” do, what someone “can” do, and what someone “wants” to do. To gain insight into these three dimensions, it is essential not only to consider the tasks an individual performs but also to examine their talents and problem-solving abilities required to perform the work effectively.

By doing so, employees understand in advance what is expected of them, and feedback and evaluations become transparent and comprehensible. Moreover, managers can maximize employees’ potential. With the addition of STYR to the TMA method, creating a validated profile is just a few clicks away.

A Validated Profile describes expected behavior, problem-solving capabilities, and the necessary talents and competencies. The profile is “validated” by generating it in four steps, aligning the intended work, role, or position with the STYR TMA valuation model. The outcome is immediately assessed and positioned within a Talent Path.

Not only does this process generate an “expert profile,” but it is also directly evaluated using various job valuation methods, while simultaneously creating talent and development paths.

People and Organisation Development

A successful organization emerges from the development of its people. An ambitious organization that aims to grow requires individuals who evolve alongside it and stand in their power. This can only happen when they have insight into their own talents. By sharing these talents with others, understanding is fostered, leading to better collaboration and increased job satisfaction. When feedback is exchanged based on clear role distribution, a cohesive team emerges that grows together.

Through the “Talent Development” module, TMA provides everyone in the organization with accessible insights into their unique talents. Presented in straightforward language with user-friendly features, this module allows everyone to understand who they are, where their strengths lie, and how they can further develop their talents.

By seamlessly integrating the digital TMA environment for employees with the central system used by team managers or HR departments, teams gain a better understanding of individual talents and competencies, leading to effective team allocation. The result? Agile teams that swiftly adapt to changing circumstances.
