Purpose of the training
The goal of this training is to prepare Certified TMA Professionals. After this certification training, you will receive a ‘TMA Professional Certificate’ and have the following knowledge and skills:
TMA professional:
-knows the possibilities of the TMA Method
-knows how TMA works, has knowledge of TMA Reports and can work with these reports flexibly
-understands the coherence of the instruments of the TMA Method
-knows the theoretical model behind TMA Method
-can create competency profiles in the TMA Portal
-has basic skills for conducting TMA feedback interviews (Talent Assessment, Competency Assessment)
-knows the difference between competencies, motives, drives and talents
-can match between the drives and talents of a candidate and the competencies described in a profile
-knows how to develop competencies
-knows the conditions for carrying out talent- and competency assessments
-can read the performance matrix and provide matching and development advice based on TMA Assessments

The TMA Certification training lasts 3 days.

Your personal TMA Talent Assessment and Expert Report.
Study load
- Prior to the training, complete the TMA Assessment and have a personal feedback interview with a TMA Professional.
- After training day 1, start two TMA Assessments as an exercise.
- Create a competency profile in your company portal.
- After training day 2, start a Competency Assessment (360 degree feedback) for a candidate.
- Suggest match and development advice for the candidate and prepare a short presentation about it.
- Go through theoretical homework questions.
